Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Our Reflexology course is designed to teach you the theoretical knowledge behind reflexology, and the various massage movements required for this particular treatment. Proven to be a beneficial method of assisting bodily healing, promoting well-being and diagnosing ailments within the body, this massage technique has become increasingly popular with clients of all ages. This course is spread over two days.

This course is structured over two days, each day runs from 10am – 5pm. We ask students to arrive at 9.30am to ensure a prompt start. You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly, and spend the majority of the second day practising your practical skills, with short breaks for lunch. You will give and receive treatments as part of this course, however you are welcome to bring your own. Please state this upon booking.

All products and tools are provided for the training day. No kit is required to complete the course, nor included in the course fee. On the training day, you only need to bring food for your lunch (e.g. sandwich/salad). Tea & coffee will be provided.

You must first book your face-to-face practical session, once you have arranged your chosen dates, you will then be sent your online material to complete. Students have the option to pay the course in full or a £50 deposit with the remaining balance due on the day of the course. If you are using our finance company the deposit is included in the finance.

This Reflexology course will teach you, reflexology massage movements on the feet as a health therapy, working on acupressure points to promote better well-being for your clients. Reflexology has become increasingly popular with clients, using it as both a preventive measure for health, as well as a complementary measure alongside other treatments. You will be taught the theory of reflexology, as well as the necessary massage techniques and a routine which will help with many common ailments and promote healing in the body. During a pre-treatment consultation, you will be shown how to adapt your reflexology treatment to suit the needs of a range of clients. 

*As a part of the course, you will be required to give and receive the treatment working upon the feet, it is imperative that they must be free of any contra-indications. Please also make us aware of any medical conditions prior to booking the course, if you would like to provide your own model please state this upon booking* 

Before booking onto this course, you are required to have completed our Anatomy & Physiology online course, and our Swedish Body Massage, or/have completed similar level training with an alternative provider. In addition hold a level 2 in beauty therapy. This is to ensure you have the required level of knowledge to get the most from this 2 day course.

When you have successfully completed your training course, you will receive a certificate issued by Forever Enhanced Training Academy and accredited by BIA (Beauty Industry Approval) allowing you to begin working with clients providing reflexology treatments. This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to obtain Public Liability insurance. 

Once you have completed your practical training day with us, there is no additional work to be completed. Your certificate will be issued to you at the end of the day.
