Our Full Body Swedish Massage Training Course is designed to teach you one of the most popular and in-demand massage treatments in the industry. You’ll learn how to confidently deliver a full-body Swedish massage using a combination of traditional movements such as effleurage, petrissage, and tapotement, tailored to relieve tension and promote relaxation. The course also includes training on client consultation, aftercare, anatomy and physiology, and professional treatment etiquette.

A unique part of our training includes how to adapt and shorten the treatment time—ideal for clients who may want a 30 or 45-minute express version, helping you cater to busy schedules without compromising the quality of service.

This course is structured over two days and runs from 10am – 5pm. We ask students to arrive at 9.30am to ensure a prompt start. You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly, and spend the majority of the first and second day practising your practical skills, with a short break for lunch. You will be required to give and receive body massage treatments as part of this course, working with other students. 

All products and tools are provided for the training days. On the training days, you only need to bring food for your lunch (e.g. sandwich/salad). Tea & coffee are provided.

Once your practical date is secured, you'll be sent your course manual and learning materials to complete before training day. Students can either pay in full at the time of booking or secure their space with a £100 deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of your course.

This course is suitable for complete beginners and does not require any prior learning to be able to train with us. We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from scratch or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of particular treatments. 

You will give and receive body massage treatments as part of this course. Students work upon each other so no models are required. Training sessions can be mixed sex depending on bookings made, however privacy screens are used to ensure all student discretion. Should you require to attend a training day with same-sex students only in attendance e.g. for religious reasons, please contact us before booking so we can look at the best training date for you.

During the course, our expert tutors will carefully review your work. If your technique meets industry standards, you will receive your certificate at the end of the course, this will be emailed to you. Printed copies are also available upon request.

If we feel that any aspect of your work requires further improvement, you may be asked to complete additional case studies before certification is awarded. This process ensures every student leaves us fully prepared and qualified to begin working on clients with confidence.
