Once you’ve booked your place on the course, you’ll receive your comprehensive home study material along with a practice kit to help you begin developing your technique from home. The home study portion covers essential knowledge including health and safety, licensing, anatomy, brow mapping, colour theory, pigment selection, and more. This part of the training is self-paced, giving you the flexibility to complete it in your own time.

After finishing the theory section, you’ll then book your practical sessions at the academy. The hands-on training is delivered over two days, running from 10am to 2:30pm each day. During your practical sessions, you’ll carry out each of the microblading techniques - hairstroke, powder, and ombré - on live models under expert supervision. Students are required to supply their own models for the training days; however, if you’re unable to do so, the academy will be happy to assist with arranging models for you.

This structured approach ensures you build both confidence and competency, with full support from our experienced tutors throughout your journey.

​​This Microblading course is an intensive three day training programme covering all aspects of the business, including health and safety, law and legislation and practical techniques ending with working on live models in our licensed training centre.

Microblading is undoubtedly one of the most popular permanent makeup treatments on the market today. Clients love nothing more than to have one less thing to do of a morning and the combination of skill and technique can allow for some fantastic results. You will cover everything from colour theory to anatomy and physiology and will be provided with all the knowledge to enable you to feel confident about performing this treatment.

This course is ideal for complete beginners and requires no previous experience to enrol. However, holding a prior brow treatment qualification -such as tinting or shaping - can give you a valuable advantage, helping you progress even faster during your training.

During the course, our expert tutors will carefully review your work. If your technique meets industry standards, you will receive your microblading certificate at the end of the course, this will be emailed to you. Printed copies are also available upon request.

If we feel that any aspect of your work requires further improvement, you may be asked to complete additional case studies before certification is awarded. This process ensures every student leaves us fully prepared and qualified to begin working on clients with confidence.
