This is an extremely popular course ideal for anyone looking to change career or do freelance massage. You will learn anatomy & physiology, health & safety, contraindications and the various different techniques to enable students to carry out a full body massage on clients. Our Swedish Body Massage course is ran over two days and, In time you will be able to provide both an Express Body Massage treatments for time-pressed clients and also luxurious and deeply therapeutic Full Body Massage treatments tailored to your client’s specific treatment needs. This hands-on, practical training course completed within 2 days will teach you a full body routine that can be adapted to be completed within 25-45 minutes or extended to up to 75 minutes to include the face and scalp, depending on the client’s individual therapeutic needs.

This course is structured over two days and runs from 10am – 5pm. We ask students to arrive at 9.30am to ensure a prompt start. You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly, and spend the majority of the first and second day practising your practical skills, with a short break for lunch. You will be required to give and receive body massage treatments as part of this course, working with other students. 

All products and tools are provided for the training days. On the training days, you only need to bring food for your lunch (e.g. sandwich/salad). Tea & coffee are provided.

You must first book your face-to-face practical session, once you have arranged your chosen dates, you will then be sent your online material to complete. Students have the option to pay the course in full or a £50 deposit with the remaining balance due on the day of the course. If you are using our finance company the deposit is included in the finance.

Using a variety of both basic and advanced massage movements, you will learn how to perform a professional body massage that works to stimulate circulation, promotes relaxation and keeps muscle tissue more supple. During a pre-treatment consultation, you will be shown how to adapt your massage to suit the needs for a range of clients of all ages, including use of a range of massage mediums. The treatment is most effective when received on a regular basis, enticing your clients to return for regular bookings, establishing a continuous source of income. Following the course, you will have learnt the techniques to confidently provide effective holistic treatments.

This course is suitable for complete beginners and does not require any prior learning to be able to train with us. We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from scratch or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of particular treatments. 

You will give and receive body massage treatments as part of this course. Students work upon each other so no models are required. Training sessions can be mixed sex depending on bookings made, however privacy screens are used to ensure all student discretion. Should you require to attend a training day with same-sex students only in attendance e.g. for religious reasons, please contact us before booking so we can look at the best training date for you.

When you have successfully completed your training course, you will receive a diploma certificate issued by Forever Enhanced Training Academy and accredited by BIA (Beauty Industry Approval) allowing you to begin working with clients providing full body massage treatments. This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to obtain Public Liability insurance. 

Once you have completed your practical training day with us, there is no additional work to be completed. Your certificate will be issued to you at the end of the day.
