You will be taught how to competently perform Manicure & Pedicure including Luxury Treatments, Gel Nail Polish, Acrylic Nail Extensions and UV Hard Gel Nail Extensions over five days of hands-on, practical training.

Students will first be required to complete the online theory study before the practical sessions.

This course covers:

• Manicure & Pedicure: This is an in-depth course covering all aspects of manicure and pedicure including nail disorders and diseases, consultation procedures, contra indications, a full step-by-step procedure including creams, masks, and how to give your polish a professional finish. 

• Gel Polish Course: This course covers preparation, application, how to create the perfect gel polish application, removal, trouble shooting and homecare/aftercare.

• Gel Nail Extensions Course: This course covers contra-indications consultation, preparation of the nail, tip and overlay application, homecare & aftercare.

• Acrylic Nail Extensions Course: This course covers the background, benefits, treatments, consultations, contra-indications, contra-actions, aftercare, soak off, equipment and products needed.

Our training courses teach the generic treatment techniques and processes, they are not brand specific.

This course package consists of five practical training days: Manicure (Day 1), Pedicure (Day 2),  Gel Nail Polish (Day 3), Gel Nail Extension (Day 4), Acrylic Nail Extensions (Day 5). These courses are not run consecutively and you can choose the dates to suit you (subject to availability).

Each training day runs from 10am – 2:30pm and we ask students to arrive at 9.30am to ensure a prompt start. You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly via our online platform, and spend the majority of each training day practising your practical skills, with a short break for lunch.

Models are required for the Manicure, Pedicure and Gel Nail Polish Treatments. The Gel Nail Extensions and Acrylic Nail Extensions will be carried out on a professional nail trainer (mannequin) hand to allow you the maximum time and opportunity during the course to acquire and demonstrate your practical skills.

All products and tools are provided for the training days at the centre . No kit is required to complete these courses, nor included in the course fee. On the training days, you only need to bring food for your lunch (e.g. sandwich/salad). Refreshments will be provided on each day of training.

Students will need to arrange a model for the practical lesson of the Manicure, Pedicure and Gel Nail Polish courses. You will work entirely on a professional nail trainer hand to complete the two days of nail extension training.

When you have successfully completed all five training days, you will receive five separate certificates issued by Forever Enhanced Training Academy and accredited by BIA (Beauty Industry Approval). This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to obtain Public Liability insurance so you can start offering treatments to paying clients.

Once you have completed your practical training day with us, there is no additional work to be completed for these courses. Your certificates will be issued to you at the end of the course. You can then begin working with clients, once insurance has been obtained.
