Our Waxing Course is designed for those looking to learn how to safely and successfully carry out a variety of waxing treatments. You will be taught the theoretical knowledge and safety procedures involved in practicing these treatments to an industry-standard. You will be required to work on each other on the day, so as much sufficient hair growth as possible will be required, please let us know if you would rather supply a model for your practical.

Our training courses teach the generic treatment techniques and processes, they are not brand specific.

We recommend attending training where you will gain advice about different brands and suppliers to enable you to purchase your chosen products after having taken the course.

This course is structured over one day and runs from 10am – 4pm. We ask students to arrive at 9.30am to ensure a prompt start. You will learn the theory of the treatment firstly, and spend the majority of the day practising your practical skills, with a short break for lunch.

All products and tools are provided for the training course. No kit is required to complete the course, nor included in the course fee.

On the training day, you only need to bring food for your lunch (e.g. sandwich/salad). Tea & coffee are provided.

You must first book your face-to-face practical session, once you have arranged your chosen dates, you will then be sent your online material to complete. Students have the option to pay the course in full or a £50 deposit with the remaining balance due on the day of the course. If you are using our finance company the deposit is included in the finance.

Waxing treatments are sought after all year round to achieve smooth, hair-free skin, with clients returning every 4-6 weeks; offering this treatment will give you a continual source of income, particularly during the summer months when waxing treatments are the most in-demand.

You will learn to remove hair from the most common and delicate areas, including upper lip, chin, legs, basic bikini line and underarms, using a variety of methods. Wax depilation provides a quick and efficient way of clearing small and large areas of unwanted hair, whilst the use of hot/warm wax, the traditional procedure of hair removal, is similarly as efficient and relatively pain-free for your clients in comparison to other methods.

This course is suitable for complete beginners and does not require any prior learning to be able to train with us.  We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from scratch or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of this particular treatment.

Please note you will be required to give and receive treatments as part of the course and therefore will need to ensure you allow hair growth in the areas to be covered on the training day. This must be a minimum of 0.5cm to ensure all students have the best possible opportunity to practice their skills. If you would prefer to supply a model for the practical please let us know upon booking. 

When you have successfully completed this course you will receive your certificate issued by Forever Enhanced Training Academy and accredited by BIA (Beauty Industry Approval). This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to obtain Public Liability insurance so you can start offering treatments to paying clients.

Once you have completed your practical training day with us, there is no additional work to be completed. Your certificate will be issued to you at the end of the course.
